# A workspace for results too big for your chat

> Big app results and long documents go to a private workspace. Your AI reads the outline, searches, and pulls only the section it needs.

Some results are too big for a chat. A 300-page spec. Every order from last quarter. A full export of your contacts. Dump that into the conversation and your AI either chokes on it or quietly skims.

The workspace is the fix. Arora puts the big thing on a private desk and hands your AI a preview and an outline. Your AI then pulls exactly the parts it needs.

## It happens on its own

You don't have to ask. When any tool returns more than about 15,000 characters, Arora stages the full result on your workspace automatically. Your AI gets told it's there and how to work with it.

You can also put things there on purpose:

## What your AI can do with it

## Private and temporary

Your workspace is yours alone. Nobody else on your team can see it. It clears itself after 30 minutes of no activity, so treat it as a desk, not a filing cabinet. Anything worth keeping belongs in [memory](https://docs.aroramcp.com/tools/memory.md), a [skill](https://docs.aroramcp.com/tools/skills.md), or one of your connected apps.
