Every Bridge account belongs to an organization. The org is the top-level container that holds your connectors, members, and plan. When you invite teammates, they join your org — and the org’s plan determines the tool-call limits and connector access available to everyone in it.

What is a Bridge organization?

An organization is a shared workspace. Everything you connect, every command your team runs, and every Mission you save lives inside the org. When you open Bridge, you’re always working within a single org — and the plan attached to that org sets the limits for the whole team.
Each member belongs to exactly one organization. If you need to work across multiple organizations, you must use separate Bridge accounts.

View your organization

You can see your org name and current plan at any time from the Profile page.
1

Open Profile

Click your avatar or name in the top navigation to open the Profile page.
2

Find your org details

Your organization name and current plan are displayed at the top of the page, alongside your current usage for the month.

Rename your organization

Only the org owner can rename the organization. Renaming takes effect immediately across the whole org.

Click your avatar or name to open the Profile page.
2

Edit the org name

Click the pencil icon next to your organization name, type the new name, and confirm.
If you don’t see an edit option next to the org name, you’re not the owner. Ask your org owner to make the change.

Billing and plan limits

Your org’s plan controls what every member can do:
  • Connectors — how many business tools the org can have connected at once
  • Tool calls — the number of actions Bridge can take per month (or per seat, on the Team plan)
  • AI tokens — available on Individual and Team plans; used when Bridge’s built-in AI agent processes requests
A usage bar on the Profile page shows how many tool calls your org has used so far this month. On paid plans, exceeding the monthly cap triggers per-call overage billing rather than a hard stop.
To see a full breakdown of what each plan includes, see Plans and pricing.

Access the billing portal

The billing portal is powered by Stripe. From there you can update your payment method, download invoices, or upgrade your plan.
