A template is a saved piece of quote content. When you get a quote module just right — a polished customer testimonial, a standard scope blurb, a set of terms — Bridge can save it under a name so you can drop it into future quotes instead of retyping it. You build a small library once and reuse it forever. Templates are managed conversationally: you ask Bridge in plain English to save, find, update, or remove them — no separate screen to learn.

What a template contains

A name

How you refer to it later — for example, Greater New Unity — 10 star. Names are unique within a module type, so saving a new one under a name that already exists is caught rather than silently duplicated.
Which kind of quote module the template is for — a testimonial, a scope item, and so on. Listing your templates for a given type is how you find the right one to reuse.
The configured fields themselves — for a testimonial, that’s the quote, who it’s attributed to, their organization, and the star rating. Bridge stores this as-is and hands it back exactly when you reuse it.

Managing templates from the Command Center

Everything is driven by plain-English commands. Bridge picks the right action for you.
Your template library is tied to your connected HubSpot account. You see and manage only your own account’s templates — never another organization’s.

Save as new, or update in place

When you save, Bridge either creates a new template or overwrites an existing one:

Save as new

Give it a name that isn’t in use yet and Bridge creates a fresh template. If the name is already taken, Bridge tells you instead of quietly overwriting — so you can pick a different name or update the existing one on purpose.

Update in place

Point Bridge at a template you already have and give it new content or a new name. It overwrites just that one, keeping everything else in your library untouched.
Editing or deleting a template never changes quotes you’ve already built. Reusing a template copies its content into that quote, so your saved library and your live quotes stay independent.
