In Norse myth, Heimdall is the watchman of the Bifröst, the rainbow bridge. He sees everything that tries to cross. Arora’s Heimdall watches one crossing: every result coming back from your apps to your AI. His rule:
Nothing floods the bridge. Nothing forbidden crosses.

The problem he solves

Some questions sound small and come back huge. “Show me my open tasks” or “pull this customer’s invoices” can return tens of thousands of characters, because apps send every field on every record. Without someone watching, an AI app has three bad options:
  • Cut it off. Your AI sees part of the data and doesn’t know the rest is missing, so it answers with full confidence from part of the picture.
  • Fail. The result is too big and the request errors out.
  • Flood the chat. It fits, barely, and buries your AI. Answers get worse and the conversation runs out of room.

What Heimdall does

1

Removes what must never cross

Before anything else, Heimdall scrubs Arora’s own sign-in credentials and internal account identifiers out of every result. They never reach your AI and are never stored.
2

Saves big results whole

When a result is too big for the chat, Heimdall saves the complete result on your private workspace instead of cutting it.
3

Hands your AI a map

Your AI gets a short preview and an outline of what was saved. It then reads just the part your question needs, or uses filter and reshape to pull out exactly the records you asked about.
4

Lets everything else through

Normal-sized results go straight to your AI. You only notice Heimdall when he’s needed.

Never silent

When Heimdall steps in, your AI is told what was saved and how to read it. If a result is ever too big even for the workspace, Heimdall says so. Nothing gets trimmed without you knowing.

What it means for you

  • No confidently wrong answers. Your AI works from the whole result, or it tells you it doesn’t have it.
  • Your credentials stay out of the chat. Arora’s own access keys never pass through to your AI.
  • Room to keep working. Big results don’t eat your conversation, so long chats stay sharp.
  • Nothing to set up. Heimdall is on for every account, on every request.

See him in action

Ask for something big from a connected app:
If the result is large, your AI will mention it was saved to your workspace, then answer from the full list.
Heimdall runs inside Arora on every tool result. It is deterministic code, not an AI model. Results above the size limit are staged to the caller’s private workspace with a preview and outline; credentials and internal identifiers are removed before anything is staged or returned. Workspace files are private to you and are cleared after 30 minutes of inactivity. Staged results can be read with the workspace tool and queried with filter and reshape.
